FDE - Fittings With Stainless Steel Pipe and Plastic Insert
FDE SOLAR manufactures male/female fittings (sockets/sleeves) upon customer request with sizes ranging from 1/8" to 3" , of different lengths according to needs and with further processes such as step cutting, chamfering and unloading. For the realization of the fittings, FDE SOLAR uses carbon steel , stainless steel and brass , always certified materials. Depending on the customer`s request, FDE SOLAR can make fittings according to a standard production or following the drawing sent by the customer himself.
The internal fittings department of FDE SOLAR is structured with 6 latest generation multi-spindle sawing machines and 2 numerically controlled lathes , with which the company is able to satisfy customer requests for large production lots with reduced waiting times. Furthermore, thanks to the high automation and interconnection of the machinery with the most advanced design and prototyping systems, FDE SOLAR is able to speed up sampling times for all requests.
The production of fittings covers both sleeves and stubs for boilers and heat pumps as well as numerous other applications such as hydraulics , automotive , solar and precision mechanics.
