Application
Clean the area to be repaired with a minimum 3500 psi water blast. The substrate should be saturated surface dry (SSD). Add clean, potable water to PARSON RPM until a putty or trowelable consistency is achieved. Do not mix more material than can be placed in 10 minutes and do not add water to setting material (retempering).

Precautions
Wear protective eyewear and cover exposed skin. Refer to MSDS for specific information. Store in a dry environment at 70°F with the container tightly sealed.
