Aokai - Fiberglass Filter Bags
Fiberglass filter bags are widely used in industrial dust collection and filtration applications. They are made of fine glass fibers that are woven or nonwoven into a fabric. Fiberglass filter bags offer a number of filtration advantages, including:
-
High Filtration Efficiency – Fiberglass filter bags provide excellent filtration efficiency, typically ranging from 95% to 99.9%, depending on the specific application.
-
Fine Particle Retention – They are effective in capturing small particles, including sub-micron particles, due to their tightly woven or felted construction.
-
High-Temperature Resistance – Fiberglass filter bags can withstand high temperatures of up to 260°C (500°F), making them suitable for applications involving high temperatures.
-
Chemical Resistance – These filter bags are also resistant to a wide range of chemicals, making them suitable for diverse industrial filtration needs.
-
Low Moisture Absorption – Fiberglass has low moisture absorption properties, ensuring minimal moisture retention within the filter bags.
In addition to these filtration characteristics, fiberglass filter bags also offer a number of other advantages, such as:
-
Durability – Fiberglass filter bags have excellent mechanical strength and are highly durable, ensuring a longer lifespan compared to other filter bag materials.
-
High Flow Rate – They offer a high flow rate due to their smooth surface and non-clogging design, enabling efficient filtration processes.
-
Cost-Effective – Fiberglass filter bags provide a cost-effective solution for industrial filtration needs, as they have a longer lifespan, reducing replacement and maintenance costs.
Aokai fiberglass filter bags are high-performance filtration media that offer a number of unique advantages, including high temperature tolerance, good chemical resistance, high filtration efficiency, and low moisture absorption. These properties make fiberglass filter bags an ideal choice for a wide range of demanding industrial applications.
