FieldFactorsModel BlueWell -Deep Subsoil Water Storage System

SHARE
The BlueWell system employs deep infiltration technology to store and abstract high-quality water for reuse. This system features vertical pipes that transport treated water to the subsoil for both storage and additional treatment. The pipes are installed vertically in the ground and surrounded by coarse material, facilitating water infiltration through slots at the base into sand layers for extra purification steps. This creates a natural water bubble that can be tapped into when needed. Depending on site characteristics, both infiltration and extraction wells can be positioned within the same borehole or separately. The design is space-efficient, requiring minimal maintenance by removing suspended particles to prevent clogging. The system includes two vertical pipes housed within a 1x1x1 meter sump. Collaborations with sub-soil specialists ensure durable installations. The BlueWell offers a robust solution for managing stormwater in an efficient, sustainable manner.

Deep infiltration is a proven technology that uses the deeper aquifer sand layers for infiltration, storage and recovery of stormwater via wells.

Deploy the natural underground to store & abstract high quality water for reuse.

The BlueWell consists of vertical pipes that transport the treated water to the subsoil for storage and treatment, and allow the abstraction of the infiltrated water.

The pipe is installed vertically in the ground and surrounded with coarse material.

The water infiltrates through the slots at the bottom of the pipe into the sand layers, adding an extra treatment step & creating a natural water bubble.

Depending on the location characteristics, both infiltration & extraction wells can be located in the same borehole or separate from each other.
