Filox - Model KF 120 to KF 200 -Chamber Filter Press Membrane Technology
In addition to membrane technology, our chamber filter presses can also be equipped with additional functions. Automatic washing devices, cloth release devices and cloth acidification can be integrated into a chamber filter press as required.
A second filtration process takes place in membrane technology. With the help of a repressing station, the membrane is stretched through the repressing medium, whereby the filter cake is pressed again.
This results in a lower residual moisture. Depending on the application, the filter plate package consists only of membrane plates or alternately of chamber / & membrane plates as a mix package.
The automatic filter cloth washing device is used to clean the filter cloth to ensure optimal throughput for a longer period. The filter cloths with a max. Hosed 100 bar.
A cloth spreading device supports and facilitates the cake detachment behavior from the filter cloth. This function is very suitable for sticky filter cakes.
