  1. This machine uses 2pcs of AC welding power sources or Medium Frequency Inverter DC welding power sources. The entire welding system is composed of a controller, AC or medium frequency transformer, welding circuit, pressure mechanism, and workpiece.
  2. The machine is designed with a mechanical control arm that makes it easy for workers to operate. This is convenient for users when the controller of the workshop`s cage welding machine is not easy to place, and can be adjusted in all directions. It also reduces wear and tear on the rail during long periods of cage pulling.
  3. Four sets of turning brackets have been added to the guide rail to support the cage for quick unloading of long and short cages according to customer needs.

  5. A specially designed wire clamping and cage pulling trolley produces a clear effect in aligning the cage during wire clamping and cage pulling.
  6. The machine adopts the manual ring feeding method followed by automatic ring feeding through the sleeve mechanism, greatly improving the efficiency of the machine and significantly reducing the labor intensity of workers. Only one female worker is needed to operate the machine.
  7. The integrated mold core provides better welding accuracy and is easy to replace.
  8. In future customer can install the new module of Ring loading system to original machine according to requirements. The machine can be added with the Ring loading module seamlessly.
