Over the 30 years within the filtration industry, we have seen first-hand how each process differs. As a result of this, each process requires a specific filter design. In many cases, filter housings are sold with elements which are not designs specifically for the process and not fit for purpose.
We specialise in manufacturing filter elements to not only fit within your existing housings, but to also help improve the filtration process.
Filter Element Construction
Elements are available in a variety of materials and can be manufactured from Wire Mesh, Perforated Plate as well as Knitted Wire. Each element is manufactured to consider the flow rate, alongside flow direction and pressure in order to operate effectively.
Available within a short lead time, we can work from a basic sketch, a sample or detailed CAD drawings.
Croft perforate with margins, resulting in a quality finish on filter elements. This margin not only acts as a safety edge (or plane edge) but also allows for a stronger weld.
