A filter press is one of the ancient and most worthy pieces of equipment for dewatering devices. It is applied for wastewater treatment across a variety of industries. Its operation is to separate the solids of the liquid. It dissolves the impurities and suspends the solid from the industrial water.

Objective

Mechanism
Filter presses separate solids particles from the liquid. More accurately, it separates those particles using the pressure filtration technique. Then, the sludge is pumped into the filter press. Then it dewaters under pressure.
