Multiaxial fabric with integrated fire protection for structural parts with simple shapes. Thanks to a fire-retardant surface layer, the LEO COATED FABRIC provides the optimum solution for the most stringent fire protection requirements in the area of rail vehicles, marine applications and construction in just a single step. Process the non-crimp fabric even faster and easier with the vacuum infusion and RTM processes using your standard resin (low viscosity), thanks to this integrated fire-retardant coating.

SAERTEX LEO COATED FABRIC has the highest level of fire resistance integrated in the fabric. This reinforcement is equipped with an active fire retardant covering layer. This permits the material to be manufactured in a single production process using vacuum infusion. In case of fire, the protective layer starts to pyrolyse and forms a heat insulation layer that protects the laminate.
