metroSTOR QF is a fire rated bin store that enables your organisation to overcome the challenges of providing waste and recycling bin storage within recommended fire safety distances of residential and commercial properties.
It is recognised that bins located where they are convenient for residents to use are significantly better utilised, and metroSTOR QF gives you the freedom to locate refuse bins in the position where they are most accessible for residents. Locations that were previously completely off limits such as undercrofts, narrow alleyways between buildings areas at high risk of arson attacks are now available as bin storage locations.
Full intumescent seals to all joints, a fully fire rated loading hopper and a self-closing door combine to ensure that your property is always fully protected from fire. metroSTOR QF fire rated bin stores are designed with architectural flair that accompanies its functional strengths, while a range of cladding colours and trims can be specified.
Self-closing aperture is easy for residents of all ages to use and is fully fire rated when closed.
All joints and openings fully sealed with intumescent seals to enable full fire containment.
Steel floor pan ensures full fire rating regardless of the surrounding ground surfacing.
Outer panels manufactured from tough SSAB Pural BT coated steel which has 30 minutes fire resistance.
metroSTOR QF is fully ventilated with intumescent vents to help discourage unpleasant odours from the bin stores.
Fully tested and certified according to FPA protocols to contain bin fires for at least 30 mins enabling bins to be located anywhere.
