Alphie - Fixed Drum 3D Powder Mixers for Production

Though we offer removable drum type mixers as standard practice, we also offer production mixers similar to conventional blenders such as ribbon blenders and V-Blenders. In this design, the mixing barrel is fixed and is not removable. The powder to be mixed is simply filled in this rotating barrel. Such kind of configuration is suitable for single and fixed mixing application. This mixer configuration is ideal for use in medium to large batch production industries like food/nutrition, pharmaceuticals, metal powder, resin and plastic powder, bakeries, spices, concentrates, nuclear fuel and many more applications.
