Flaer - Head Wipers

The FLAER® head scraper is mounted on the discharge drum and is particularly suitable for extremely cramped construction conditions and strongly adhering materials. The individual hard metal angle scraper blades mounted on elastic spring arms achieve an optimal adaptation to the belt contour. The scraper blades can be adjusted to the belt with optimal contact pressure thanks to the lateral support of the support tube. This results in effective cleaning performance on the conveyor belt and a long service life for the individual angled scraper blades, and the belt is also protected. This construction is particularly low-maintenance, if the hard metal strips are worn, only the individual angle scraper blades are unscrewed from the spring arms and replaced, without special tools and long service life of the conveyor belt.
