Production of flat wires made of steel grades C, SiCr, CrV, similar to EN 10270-1 and 2. Our core competencies include: Transformation of round wires into flat wires and profiles by drawing and rolling. Annealing and tempering. Precision coiling.
We design our flat wires to meet the individual requirements of our customers. To understand your needs, we need to know your requirements. Our performance profile in the area of flat wires made of carbon steels can best be described as follows:
Grades:
- Quality steels with a carbon content of 0.45% to 1.00%, for example in SM, DM, DH or FD grades
- Chromium-silicon steels
- Chromium-vanadium steels
- Special materials on customer request
Designs:
- Cold rolled to your individual requirements or based on DIN EN 10270-1. In this process, the cross-section of the flat wire profile is converted into the cross-section of a round wire to enable application of the round wire standard.
- Hardened + annealed to your individual requirements or based on DIN EN 10270-2. In this process, the cross-section of the flat wire profile is converted into the cross-section of a round wire to enable application of the round wire standard.

- Finish annealed to your requirements
Dimensions:
- Thicknesses: 0.20 – 2.00 mm for rectangular or square up to 3.50 mm
- Width: 1.00 – 7.00 mm
Tolerances:
Depending on size and grade
- Thickness: ± 0.02 to < 0.01 mm
- Width: ± 0.1 to < 0.05 mm
For particularly high-precision tolerances, we check to ensure that the requirements are technically and economically feasible.
