Impenecrete - Flexible Vapor-Barrier Coating

IMPENECRETE chemically provides a flexible vapor-barrier coating on the surface and a water-vapor barrier in the subsurface of concrete.  The simultaneous action of these two barriers combined, quickly and easily lowers concrete`s water vapor rate emissions.  When IMENECRETE is used in conjunction with 4EVERCRETE, the concrete slab is completely waterproof and vapor-proof.
