The NOVAWEB Series by HS-Group is an advanced high vacuum roll-to-roll coating platform that addresses the dual demands of production efficiency and research flexibility. This platform is engineered to accommodate up to twelve rotatable magnetrons, supporting a variety of in-situ measurement sensors. Its adaptability makes it applicable for industrial production and research and development, particularly in the creation of ITO films, flexible printed circuit boards (FPCB), low-emissivity coatings, and smart glass technologies. The NOVAWEB system offers a distinctive capability to perform complex layer combinations involving metals and dielectrics in a single process run, thanks to its optional gas separation technology.
