“Flip-Flop” polyurethane cloth elastic mesh vibrating screenings are meant to screen specifically problematic products, due to their excessive humidity, their low density or their likelihood to paste or to the fact they cannot be screened with guarantees with other technologies (drum screens, conventional vibrating screens, etc.).
These screens with a sub-resounding chassis system which amplifies the vibration of the main chassis, reaching up to 50 “G” accelerations on cloths.
The screening surface is made up of high density polyurethane cloths. Cloths are mounted in independent modules of useful dimensions of the screening width per a 330 to 400 mm length, depending on the project to be screened and the necessary mesh lights
