Zetian - Model LGT-450 -Flue Gas Analysis System
The LGT-450 is an extractive system independently developed by our company based on TDLAS. The system uses multi-channel reflection technology to increase the measurement optical path, and uses the in-situ high-temperature hot-wet extraction method to measure NH3. Whole-process heat tracing can effectively avoid corrosion and blockage of the system so that it can operate continuously and stably, especially suitable for on-line monitoring of harsh sites with high dust, high humidity and high corrosion. It has advantages of low detection limit, accurate measurement results, convenient calibration and comparison, simple and compact structure, no moving parts, etc.Easy-to-disassemble filter element;
Single flange and no heat tracing pipe: high integration and easy installation;
High-temperature flowmeter: Users can observe flow during equipment operation;
High-temperature sampling measurement: free from interference of pipeline deformation, high dust and other working condition change, with strong adaptability;
High-temperature heat tracing of 180℃ along the whole gas path and regular auto purge to prevent dust and crystal like salt from blocking the equipment, less maintenance.
Widely applied in online monitoring of ammonia escape at the outlet of SCR, SNCR and other devices.
