Burak’s metering provides thermal mass flow meter to achieve critical flue gas flow measurement. We design single- or multi-point flow meters to offer accurate and cost-effective solutions to flue gas measurement. We also provide flow meters for higher temperature ranges up to 400 deg. As thermal mass flow meters measure direct mass flow of gas, it does not require additional pressure and temperature sensors like other techniques do. Flue gases generally contain nitrogen, CO2, trace amounts of oxygen and water vapor, and environmentally sensitive pollutants like oxide, carbon monoxide gas, sulfur oxides, and other traces of gas. Flue gas emits from the duct, stack, a large pipe, Chimney, or additional venting connected to a process system. Measuring the flow of flue gases for process control data reporting is usually mandated by environmental and regional air quality regulations.
It is mediated by the Central Pollution Control Board that all industrial sectors have to measure and monitor emission from their plants as per the Air Prevention and Control of Pollution Act of 1981 and keep them under controlled limits.
