AgriChem - Model FP-21C -Flush Mounted On-Line Moisture Sensor
The FP-21C is designed as a flush-mounted on-line moisture sensor contributing to the accurate and continuous measurement of moisture content in various granular materials. It operates using proven capacitive moisture sensing technology in a flat plate configuration, enabling installation in mixers, augers, chutes, or sleds. This sensor features an industry-standard M12 connector, enhancing installation ease and enclosure durability. With ceramic wear surfaces, it offers long-lasting performance and comes with a stainless hinged plate mount for various mounting options. It also includes a temperature probe for precise temperature measurement and a weather-resistant enclosure. Its outputs provide analog moisture and temperature readings that can be displayed on AgriChem's Moisture Display System or integrated into a process control system, supporting optimization in diverse industrial applications.

FP Series sensors feature proven capacitive moisture sensing technology in a flat plate configuration. This allows its mounting in a mixer, an auger, a chute, or a sled riding on granular material being transported by a belt conveyor for continuous measurement of moisture content.
Its analog moisture and temperature outputs can be displayed on our Moisture Display System (MDS) and/or transmitted for integration into a process control system.
