Fluxana - Model PR-CD-6033-6039 -XRF Pellet Die

The dies are designed for use with our 25t presses (PR-25-HD and PR-25A-HD). Dies with 32 and 40mm are commonly used in pressing samples for XRF and XRD analysis. However also dies with different ring systems are available. For other industrial applications Fluxana can also produce dies with diameters between 8 and 51mm. All of the dies are equipped with nitrile O-ring seals and 2 pellets to press the sample between. Halide disks for infrared analysis are usually produced with 13mm sized dies.
