FNS - Model 280 -Needle Felt

According to the need of coal milling collecting dust of blast furnace gas,metal melting,cement plant and other industries at domestic market,Haotian indutrial absorbed foreign technology, then developed and produced the high temperature tesistant product FNS®-280 filter cloth. The completed high temperature resistant needle punched filter felt has been named FNS and applied the registered brand. Different from triditional needle felt producing method with mixed or completed layer forms by using two or more than two kinds of high temperature resistant fiber,the FNS®-280 basalt fiber needled felt is made by random entanglement of single fibers to form a three-dimensional structure. There is the large surface area of the 5.5-7 fine fibers and about 80 porosity, no boron.FNS®-280 needled felt can be used in high efficiency air filtration and purification, heat and sound insulation, and used as cushion material for hot rolling of steel and aluminum.
