Muhlbauer - Model FP 201 -Foil Punching Systems
The foil punching process is the preparation step for the production of inlays on sheet basis. Before the antenna can be inserted, holes are punched into the foils in one stroke with highest accuracy.

Mühlbauer’s FP 201 is a semi-automatic system to punch thin plastic material. It is the ideal solution for low-cost punching of compensation layers, as well as for contactless cards, hybrid cards and RFID tickets.
Additionally the FP 201 can be used for the production of windows in eCover inlays.
As you can place more foils in one cycle, a throughput up to 300 foils per hour can be achieved.
