FOILEX - Mini & Micro Well Skimmer
Mini & Micro Well Skimmer Fixed skimmer Vertical discharege Foilex Mini & Micro Well Skimmers are fixed non floating suction weir type skimmers with a free 360° inlet and vertical discharge pipe.
The skimmer heads are designed for industrial use but also suitable for installations into oil combating vessels, etc. They must be operated in combination with an external vacuum pump or vacuum system with 5 - 30 m³ capasity.
The Mini and Micro Well Skimmers are equipped with Foilex self adjusting "skimmer ring" which controls the skimming depth by the discharge flow.
The "skimmer ring" lip will allways stay parallel to the oil/water surface. Suitable oil layer thickness are 0-50 mm.
Best performance for the Mini and Micro Well Skimmer is achieved in light to medium viscosity oils. The debris capability is depending on the type of vacuum pump or system used.
