Unikan - Model MVR -Forced Circulative Evaporation & Crystallizatio Systems
The MVR crystallization is mainly used for chemical crystallization or waste water crystallization.
The material liquid is firstly pumped into the system and pre-heated by plate heat exchangers where the heat souce comes from condensate and concentrated liquid,in order to make full use of the heat source.Then it goes into the evaporating chamber tube side and circulating upwards.While the vapour goes into the pipelines shell side,it will make heat exchanging with material liquid.Because of heat exchange,the material liquid`s temperature is rising and begins to evaporate and crystallize.When the crystallized material goes into the separator,the crystals are collected on the bottom of the separator and then goes out of the evaporator. When the liquid is being concentrated,the vapour is generated and transfered into the compressor to raise its temperature and pressure.After compressed,the high-temperature and pressure vapour will be tranfered back into the pipelines` shell side as heating source again.Thus,more and more vapour is compressed and recycled without using original steam source.
The composition of MVR crystallization system
- Evaporation system:Heating exchanger.crystallizer, circulative pumps,etc…
- Compressing system:Core equipment in order to recompress the vapor to gain continuous heating source for the whole process
- Vacuum system:Keep the whole system in required vacuum,and take out non-condensed air in order to keep the whole system in stable operation
- Controlling system:Automatically control in compressor’s RPM, valves, flowrate,temperature,pressure,evaporation,cleaning,startup,stop,etc…
- Alarm system:Automatically protect the whole system from overload,damage and other dangerous situation
- Ceaning system:Use CIP cleaning system to clean the whole process equipments automatically
- Evaporating capacity:2-200t/hr
- Evaporating temperature:30-100℃
- Electric consumption per ton water:25KW-60KW
- Stem consumption: 0 t/hr(very small steam is used when the material liquid temperature is low)
