Fortrans - Model 5000SP -Portable pH Control System
Over our ten years in providing pH control, neutralization, monitoring, and management systems to concrete manufacturing plants and many other customers, our team has received a great deal of praise for our systems. We also had a few requests along the way, including comments that indicated a desire to have access to a portable pH control system. The team at Fortrans® listened, and the result comes in the form of our newest CO2 pH control system for concrete industrial process water and stormwater: the Model 5000SP.
Reuse & Reclaim Process Water Using Safe, Efficient CO2
The 5000sp is a small, portable industrial water treatment system that can control and monitor pH water and may be easily transported for spot batch treatment of process or stormwater at concrete plants or for the operations listed below:
- Cutting
- Grinding
- Polishing
The steel construction of this mobile pH control system of water treatment is solid and incredibly mobile. In fact, we designed it for maximum maneuverability, which makes it different from our other models like the 5000b, 5000s and the 5000sk.
Wastewater from concrete cutting, grinding and polishing can be disposed of properly, and reused if it is allowed by law in your local area.
Manage Process or Stormwater pH On-the-Go
The 5000sp from Fortrans can be mounted on your truck or trailer for jobs that require you or your employees to be out in the field, providing the flexibility other systems simply can’t. And, like our other models, the 5000sp contains the same Fortrans non-fouling CO2 injector and diffuser. You also have the ability to customize with the following accessories:
- Custom System Flow & Treatment Capacity – Our pH control systems are scalable to meet your facility’s current and future pH adjustment requirements.
