F.P.H.U. - Automatic Spray Cart with Hose Reel
The greenhouse spraying trolley with a hose reel is designed for spraying greenhouse plants growing at heights. Two spray beams up to 3m high (one spraying the end of the bed, the other spraying plants on both sides) are equipped with nozzle heads that allow for adjustment and individual setting of the spray liquid stream. The device moves along the appropriate track, which in the greenhouse has heating pipes, is equipped with a hose reel, depending on the version, the machine is able to roll up 200m of hose.
The modern trolley and reel drive system ensures full synchronization during the operation of the device and the batteries have an operating time of up to 9 hours. The batteries are charged by a microprocessor charger that controls the charge state and protects against overcharging. The trolley chassis is equipped with a travel system for changing rows, the wheels are extended hydraulically using a button and the entire device is controlled by a PLC controller, which allows you to set the travel route, travel speed, switch on the appropriate spray beam while driving, control the battery charge status by informing about approaching discharge and counting the number of hours worked. The machine is equipped with a battery charging station, which allows you to charge the battery without having to stop the device for this operation.
