Fregat - Casting System

The foundry shop can produce steel (30L…45L, 40H, 30…45HGSL) and cast-iron (SCH 20, SCH 30) full-form casting (Lost-Foam). Cast steel masses up to 30kg, cast-iron casting mass up to 45kg. Bronze melting (type BrО13С08) operations have been realized. At the plant there are pressure casting equipment for brass casting manufacture (type LS-40CD). There are also a chemical-analysis laboratory and a spectral laboratory for steel and cast-iron chemical analysis inspection. There is a mechanical laboratory for mechanical tests. The enterprise produces technical documents, press moulds and polystyrene foam casting pattern models.
