The LDCS-Micro HI-COATER® is a versatile laboratory development film coating system designed for process feasibility, development, and clinical batch production. This tabletop system is self-contained and portable, featuring two fully perforated coating pan sizes which enhance flexibility for different batch requirements. The unit includes an anti-marking coating pan, a recipe-driven control system, an anti-bearding spray gun, and quick delivery options for those with urgent developmental needs. Integrated with a peristaltic solution pump, the system provides efficient liquid delivery while the Smart-Safe™ containment option ensures secure processing. Additionally, mini-tab pans offer customization for a range of applications. The color touchscreen control system adds ease of use and precision, making the LDCS-Micro HI-COATER® an ideal solution for developmental pan coating processes.
