FRP Spray Nozzle
Large diameter: diameter range 50-4000mm working pressure 0-5.0MPa. High strength: hoop tensile strength: 320Mpa, axial tensile strength 220Mpa (strength can be designed on demand). The glass fiber reinforced plastic spray pipe is made of resin (food grade resin is used to transport drinking water), glass fiber, and quartz sand as raw materials, and it is made by a special process.
Structure of winding layer:
The outer surface structure of the winding part should be consistent with the outer surface of the pipe to ensure that the performance of the winding part is consistent with the overall performance of the pipe. In addition, in order to prevent the slurry from corroding the end faces of the pipes, the butt joints need to be filled with resin cement, and the resin used for the configuration of the cement must be the same as the pipe resin. If necessary, wax the outermost layer to prevent air from entering and cracking (cracking).
The winding layer structure is divided into three parts from the outside and the inside:
Wear-resistant layer: This part belongs to the outermost structure of the winding layer. It is composed of glass fiber surface felt, resin, and wear-resistant filler. The main function is corrosion resistance and wear resistance. This layer of glass fiber surface mat: resin: wear-resistant filler: 1:57:38 (mass ratio), and the thickness is about 0.5mm.
Anti-corrosion layer: This part is composed of a resin-rich layer and an intermediate layer. It is composed of glass fiber surface felt and resin to form the highest corrosion resistance and is located under the wear-resistant layer. The resin content of the resin-rich layer is greater than 90%, and the thickness is about 0.5 mm; the middle layer has a resin content of 70% to 80%, and the thickness is about 2.0 mm.
Reinforcement layer: This part is directly wound on the outer wall of the pipeline, and is mainly designed to withstand pressure and other loads. Its thickness is determined according to the calculation of the load condition according to formula (1).
