Fuda - Model Q(ZY/XY)-2/200 -Polyamide Imide Composite Polyester or Polyesterimide Enameled Copper Round Wire
For the intermediate dimension of the conductor`s nominal diameter, the minimum film thickness corresponding to the nominal diameter of the larger conductor shall be taken. Note 1: The minimum outer diameter of 0.063mm and below is calculated according to the conductor diameter + minimum film thickness measured in Table 3. Note 2: The intermediate dimensions of the nominal diameter of the conductors of the R40 series are shown in Appendix A. For enameled wires with conductor nominal diameters of 0.063 mm and below, the resistance at 20 °C shall be within the specified values in Table 3. For enameled wires with a nominal conductor diameter of 0.063 mm or more, the resistance value is not specified. After the negotiation between the supplier and the buyer, the enameled wire with a nominal diameter of 0.063mm or more and 1.000mm or less can be used for resistance measurement. In this case, the resistance at 20 °C should be within the range specified in Appendix C.
- The temperature index test shall be carried out on IEC 60172 on unimpregnated enameled wire specimens with a nominal conductor diameter of 1.000 mm and a grade 2 film thickness.
- The temperature index shall not be less than the specified value of the relevant product standard, and the failure time at the lowest test temperature shall be not less than 5000h. See the relevant product standards for refrigerant resistance.
- Straight weldability can be found in the relevant product standards.
- Thermal bonding is subject to the requirements of the relevant product standards.
- See the relevant product standards for the dielectric loss factor. See the relevant product standards for transformer oil resistance.
- See the relevant product standards for weight loss. The pinhole test can be found in the relevant product standards.
- The type of packaging and packaging may affect certain properties of the enameled wire, such as resilience. Therefore, the type of packaging (such as the type of delivery reel) should be negotiated between the supplier and the purchaser to determine that the enameled wire should be wound evenly and tightly on the delivery reel or placed in the container. Unless there is agreement between the supplier and the buyer, there should be no more than one line of enameled wire in the delivery reel or container. When there is more than one line segment, the supplier and the buyer shall agree to mark the length of the line segment on the label and/or mark the package. When the enameled wire is delivered in a loop, the size and maximum weight of the loop shall be determined by the supplier and the buyer. Any additional protection on the coil
GB/T610.1-2008/IEC603170-1:2005
- It should be decided by both parties.
- The label shall be hung on each packaging unit agreed upon by the supplier and the buyer and shall include the following:
- a. manufacturer`s name and / or trademark; b. enameled wire and film type, such as product name and / or national standard number; enameled wire net weight d. enameled wire nominal diameter and film level; e. date of manufacture
