Vanaire Fume Hoods feature internal splitting vanes designed to channel and equalize air flow through the hood. Hood slots are also sized for optimal efficiency, velocity, and air flow. Our Hoods are made of corrosion-resistant materials such as PVC, CPVC, polypropylene, solid fiberglass, or FRP materials.
We can also design and fabricate Hoods to feature a combination of thermoplastic (PVC) liner with a strong FRP exterior overlay, which offers the corrosion resistance of PVC with the rugged durability of fiberglass
