Yulin - Model HJ107 -Fused Submerged Arc Welding Flux

HJ107 is fused type welding flux with Mn free, medium silicate & fluoride content. It`s grey granule. It is used with DC power, wire should be connected with positive electrode. Fuse flux HJ107 is featured with shallow penetration, stable arc, easy slag peeling, uniform weld bead. When it is used for austenitic stainless steel welding, recarburization and chromium burning loss is small. In combination with austenitic wires or strips ER308, ER321, H00Cr24Ni12Nb, H0Cr16Mn16, fused flux HJ107 is used in surfacing & welding of corrosion resistant layer of petroleum/chemical equipment. It is also applicable for hadifield steel.
