Qingdao Decent Group fusion furnace is in industrial quality standard and can load 25x50g/65g or 42x30g/40g/55g fire assay clay crucibles(pots) for sample fusion in mineral and geochem labs.

We supply various sizes of laboratory electric fusion furnaces for fire assay, which are divided into two styles: ordinary mineral laboratory furnace type and mobile containerized laboratory furnace type. The laboratory fusion furnace adopts a sturdy steel frame, a quality refractory materials and a stable temperature control system to ensure the accuracy of test and analysis data. The laboratory fusion furnace temperature can reach up to 1200°C, which can sinter, smelt, and analyze composite materials such as metals and ores.

• Various sizes are available. The laboratory electric fusion furnace of fire assay cabinet can load 25/42 places with a maximum of 65g crucible.
• The overall frame is made of steel plate, the structure is firm, and the outer surface is electrostatic sprayed.
• The cabinet is made of quality 2mm galvanized steel, inside with high-quality insulating refractory bricks and refractory insulation materials.
• The heating element adopts quality silicon carbide heater, which is easy to maintain and replace. The silicon carbide heater can withstand large loads, stable, and long service life. The silicon carbide heater are evenly distributed on both sides of the furnace, and the temperature field is uniform.
• The temperature is automatically adjusted by K-type thermocouple and temperature controller to achieve precise temperature control and constant temperature requirements. The maximum temperature can be set to 1200°C. The controller is easy to operate and can display PV (practical value) and SV (set value) data.
• The pedal pneumatically controls the opening and closing of the door to keep the operator away from the door and avoid scalding from high-temperature radiation. The door is equipped with a microswitch that automatically cuts off the power when the door is opened.
• The electronic components are equipped with leakage protection devices, which are safe and reliable.
• The laboratory fusion furnace has an exhaust chimney and is connected to a stainless steel bellows, which can discharge the toxic and harmful gases volatilized in the melting furnace into the lab dedusting system and the acid fume scrubber.
• 25 places of crucibles (or pots) melting furnaces can be connected to 50 places cupellation furnaces, 42 places of crucibles (or pots) melting furnaces can be connected to 100 places cupellation furnaces.
