Wedge Wire Flat Panel
Wedge wire screen panels can bu used as filters, sieves and solid / liquid separation equipment. Feiya Group Branch Factory- Xinlu’s flat wedge wire screen panels can be constructed using stainless steel or carbon steel, with slot opening as narrow as 0.1mm.
Each flat screen panel is a combination of thin wedge wires and rigid support rods welded together. Wedge wire screens are generally used for sizing, separating and classification in starch production, sugar processing, and breweries. At customers’ requests, we can use thick wedge wires for construction to suit your wedge wire flat panels for heavy-duty jobs, such as floor grates, mineral processing, water removal, slime removal and wastewater treatment.
