G&D - Model GD – 3T-1HA -Micro Scroll Chillers
The GD – 3T-1HA Micro Scroll Chillers are engineered for precision and efficiency, catering to medium to high-temperature applications across a variety of industries including distilleries, solvent recovery, HVAC, and more. Utilizing advanced scroll compressors, these chillers provide streamlined energy use and are equipped with a complete refrigeration circuit. Their design features include a microchannel air-cooled condenser, glycol pump, fluid bypass valve, and all-insulated copper piping, ensuring efficient thermal exchange and easy maintenance. Built with a powder-coated steel frame and aluminum housing, they host an insulated stainless steel glycol reservoir for optimal performance. A microprocessor controller allows for sophisticated communication capabilities, further supported by an ETL (UL508) listed control panel that consolidates electrical connections and integrates safety features. Additional elements include brass ball valves for glycol connections and strategically placed louvered access panels for simplified servicing.
