In 1990 Garlock Equipment was acquired and became part of the Hines Corporation family of companies. Garlock moved to Plymouth MN. and opened its 95,000 SF. manufacturing facility. Expanding its product offering for safety, cold process and waterproofing markets along with the traditional BUR rooftops. In 2009 we celibrated our 50th anniversary.
