New multi-purpose, heavy duty, inclined, 2-deck mobile screener. Suitable for stockpiling, 3-way splitting or scalping up/downstream to crushing units. The screenbox accepts a wide variety of screening media and both types of feeder (belt/apron), making it a machine versatile for a wide variety of applications; including: topsoil, recycling, C&D waste, sand, gravel and aggregates. The GI5000R has been designed to accept material feed size up to 800mm and handle up to 400 TPH capacity, depending upon the application. Machine features include: low profile feed hopper with rear door for direct feeding from GI CRUSHER; new variable speed screenbox measuring 4.00m x 1.4m ; impressive conveyor discharge heights and low fuel consumption.
