Gear Oil Purifier (Model GOP) is a vacuum oil filtration machine that widely used in cement, steel, machinery, hydraulic and other industries, and particularly suitable for the heavily contaminated lube oils which contains much particulate matters, such as gearbox oil which is contaminated by dust, impurities and particles during operation.
In this case, more impurities will cause frequent clogging of the filter elements, and therefore increase maintenance costs. In order to effectively reduce the operation cost of customers, and meanwhile remove the impurities, we PureTech designed this GOP system by adding the Plate and Frame Filter Device on the basis of Vacuum Lubrication Oil Purifier (Model LOP) system, which has a higher dirt holding capacity and lower replacement cost.
