Polyflex - Geocells

Geocell, HDS are produced in a perforated structure for rapid drainage and easy compaction of the filling material. Cells bonded with special ultrasonic welding technology in the factory environment are sent to the field in strips.

It allows plants to be grown in areas that are not suitable for plant growth and on sloping lands. Thus, it provides erosion control and increases slope stability.

Geocell, also known as cellular filling systems, are three-dimensional panels produced from high density polyethylene (HDPE) and used by expanding with their light and flexible structure.

It is used in the stabilization of highways, railways, airports, inclined surfaces, and irrigation channels.

Additionally, in steep slope applications where it is not possible to place cellular panels due to the slope, the soil structure can be protected with vertical walls. Geocell not only retains soil but also provides drainage throughout the life of the structure.
