Geovent - Model ASX -Extraction Arm

The Geovent ASX extraction arm is a high-performance solution designed specifically for safe and effective extraction of flammable gases, fumes and dust in explosive environments. Built to meet ATEX standards, it is ideal for industries such as food processing, pharmaceuticals, and chemical handling, where safety and reliability are paramount.

The ASX arm stands out with its external PUR hose, which is lightweight, durable, and antistatic, ensuring safe operation in potentially hazardous conditions. The hose is grounded through a copper spiral, and the arm itself is double-grounded, meeting stringent safety requirements with resistance below 10kΩ.

With three stable joints and two flexible swivel points, the ASX arm ensures smooth and precise maneuverability, allowing operators to position the arm exactly where it is needed. The wall-mounted bracket provides a 270° rotation for increased flexibility in confined or complex spaces.

The hood, available in diameters ranging from Ø80 mm to Ø200 mm, is lightweight and powder-coated in a durable yellow RAL1007 finish. Larger hood options include an integrated ergonomic handle for enhanced usability. For additional reach, the arm is available in lengths of 2, 3, or 4 meters and can be extended up to 9 meters using an extension arm.
