Gesu - Filter Presse
It is the most effective solid-liquid separation system used in facilities. Apart from waste water treatment plants, it is also used in many sectors. The muddy water is dewatered by the plates by means of high pressure.
As high pressure is applied, filtration is maximized. The solid waste amount of the resulting cake is high and its volume is low. It has been designed with a convenient hydraulic system, easy on-off, fast filtration with a specially selected filter cloth, and convenience in cake discharging.
Main body, printing unit and side arms are produced from ST37 epoxy coated material. The sliding surfaces on the drip pan, weir and side arms are made of stainless AISI 304 quality stainless material. PP material is chosen on the plate and cloths.

The filter cloth is best selected according to the filtrate, cake quality and cake release during the filtration period. Since all surfaces that waste water penetrates are PP, metal parts do not undergo any deformation.
