The TCM-6000, known as the 'Warlock', is a cutting-edge pipe cleaning machine developed by GI Industries. It features an ultra-high speed motor capable of operating between 0-1200 rpm, providing constant torque ideal for intensive grinding and cleaning tasks. Its robust design includes a soft-start circuit to minimize operator fatigue and machinery wear while enhancing control during operation across pipe sizes from 0.5 to 24 inches. It incorporates unique air and water flushing capabilities at the brush head, significantly accelerating debris removal. The machine is powered by a 1 hp electric motor that requires only 10 amps, making it both powerful and efficient. Forward, reverse, and neutral controls allow versatility in applications from drilling to polishing. Constructed with durable components including a 50 lbs. air/water seal and a stainless steel drive shaft, the TCM-6000 stands as an all-in-one solution for high-performance pipe maintenance.

The TCM-6000 is our newest Heavy Duty pipe cleaning machine that is designed for ultra high speed grinding/cleaning. It features a high-torque electric motor that spins the brush at various speeds from 0-1200 rpm and maintains constant torque.  Excellent for multi- tools which require higher speeds. It is designed with a soft-start circuit that reduces operator fatigue and machine wear, giving you more control cleaning all pipes from ½”-24”.  Removing deposits is easy with our unique Air/Water Flushing at the brush head.  As the brush spins, compressed air/water comes out of the brush-head to remove debris fast.
