Gillard - Model KA -Large Volume Single-Block Monobloc Compactor
The KA Series large-volume monobloc compactor is a high-end solution designed for the efficient processing of bulky waste in sorting centers, industrial sites and logistics platforms. This large-volume monobloc compactor combines robustness, power and functionality, with the ability to adapt to different wheeled bins (2 or 4 wheels) thanks to its optional integrated lifting system.

With an exceptional compaction force of 35 tonnes, this single-unit compactor ensures optimal waste volume reduction. Its spacious 2300 x 1900 mm compaction chamber offers a usable capacity of 1.5 m³, ideal for processing cardboard, household waste, plastics and other bulky waste. The shield penetrates up to 270 mm for increased compaction, with a rapid cycle time of just 38 seconds.

Its cross-cylinder system and lateral shield guidance guarantee smooth and symmetrical movement. The electrical box and hydraulic unit are mounted on a sliding drawer for simplified maintenance.
