With a useful volume of 25 m³, this compactor efficiently handles scrap metal, bulky waste, cardboard, green waste, and many other streams. Thanks to its 2250 × 1400 mm compaction shovel, it exerts a pressure of 90 tonnes at 220 bars, controlled by two hydraulic cylinders of 45 tonnes each. This robust configuration reduces waste volume and can divide transport costs by 2 to 6 depending on the materials processed.

Performance of the single-block compactor for high-bay waste disposal sites

The large bucket (2300 x 1600 mm) facilitates front or side loading from the top of the dock. The maximum loading height, with the shovel raised, reaches 3820 mm. Despite this, the total length remains 6740 mm, identical to that of a 30 m³ skip, which ensures perfect logistical compatibility and space saving.

Reinforced structure and materials

Made from S235 and HARDOX 450 steel, the single-unit compactor for waste disposal is resistant to the toughest materials, such as metals. The walls are 5 mm thick on the sides and 6 mm thick at the bottom. The entire structure rests on 7 m running rails made of 10 mm steel, ensuring stability and durability even under heavy loads.
