Gillard - Model Paktor 21 Series -Single-Unit Waste Compactor
The PAKTOR Series 21 monobloc compactor is a solution perfectly suited to the needs of communities, waste management companies and manufacturers looking for reliable, easy-to-install and customizable compaction equipment . Thanks to its robust structure and powerful compaction system, it can significantly reduce the volume of waste while optimizing collection cycles.
A design thought out for efficiency
The PAKTOR Series 21 compactor is based on a welded mechanical structure , guaranteeing very good durability over time. It is equipped with two centrally-thrust hydraulic cylinders ensuring a constant pressure of 38 tonnes on the shield. The latter is guided by a centralized system on rails , which limits the risks of blockage or misalignment during compaction cycles.
The large bucket (2040 x 1940 mm) facilitates the introduction of large volumes of waste, and its conical design promotes rapid emptying without residue. The volume processed per cycle is 1.15 m³ , with an optimized cycle time of 45 seconds , which allows a high rate to be maintained even during sustained use.
