Civil engineer Herbert Glaunach starts a company to manufacture equipment for industrial noise control and vibration isolation solutions in his garage.

The first blow off silencer based on the traditional absorbing technology is built for the steam boiler of a local paper mill.

As the number of orders grows, a new production facility is established in Klagenfurt in 1963. It remains the central location of our company to this day.

Glaunach becomes a third-generation family business with Alexander Glaunach taking over the management.
