Glass Bulb – 3.0, 4.1, 4.9, and 5.6 K-factor Residential Pendent, and Residential Recessed Pendent Sprinklers. Fast Response, Residential Pendent Sprinkler: Where fast response, pendent sprinklers are specified for Residential, Life Safety applications per NFPA 13, 13R, 13D they shall be of an all bronze frame construction with brass deflector. Sprinklers shall have a 3mm fast response glass bulb thermally sensitive operating element, and rated for a working pressure of 175 psi. Sprinklers installed under a finished ceiling shall be a pendent style sprinkler with an adjustable recessed escutcheon of the same specified finish. Sprinklers shall be UL listed. Fast Response, Residential, Life Safety Pendent sprinklers shall be of the Series GL-RES; as manufactured by Globe Fire Sprinkler Corporation.
