The NEXGEN Glovebox System, designed by Vacuum Atmospheres Company, introduces a sophisticated solution for inert atmosphere applications, incorporating advanced gas purification methods. The system is equipped with a PLC-based control and a user-friendly 7-inch color touchscreen interface to manage glovebox functions efficiently. A key feature is the NEXGEN Cartridge Purification Technology, allowing for oxygen and moisture levels to be maintained under 1 ppm. It utilizes cartridges that can be swiftly replaced without the need for high-maintenance external gas purification elements, hence reducing downtime significantly. The system's architecture includes variable speed circulation assemblies to optimize O2 and H2O cartridge performance, and several programmable purge modes to maintain desired gas levels. This state-of-the-art glovebox offers flexibility in power configurations, and is safety certified to UL Std 61010-1 and CSA Std C22.2 NO 1010.1, ensuring adherence to CE conformity, making it a reliable choice for sensitive applications.

Includes a variable speed PLC-controled atmosphere circulation assembly for adjustable control of the oxygen removal cartridge and the glove boxes O2 levels. These low cost cartridges are designed to be replaced by fully activated replacements purchased exclusively from Vacuum Atmospheres Company.

Moisture Purification

Includes a variable speed PLC-controled atmosphere circulation assembly for adjustable control of the Moisture removal cartridge and the glove boxes H2O levels. These low cost cartridges are designed to be replaced by fully activated replacements purchased exclusively from Vacuum Atmospheres Company.
