LESS MAINTENANCE
ONE OPERATIVE NEEDED
We`ve replaced the standard chain driven tilt mechanism with a smooth, hydraulic automated tilt system. Never replace a stubborn chain drive again.
Manual tilt pours at close proximity are dangerous and labour intensive. A 10m long pendant means each pour can be controlled by one operative.

Pour at you exact temperature thanks to burner body twin tilt. It is no longer necessary to overheat to provide for the rapid cooling during pouring.
SPOUTED CRUCIBLES
RAPID IN-SITU RE-LINES
Spouted crucibles mean that there is no need for a ceramic transition piece when pouring. No more headaches associated with the expansion / contraction and wear of these items.
Kits can be provided to allow for rapid re-lines, in-situ should a repair be required. No need for troublesome castable refractories which require time consuming curing and costly visits from suppliers
