GRACE - PET Bottle Recycling System

The PET Bottle Recycling System is designed to process various PET materials into recycled PET (rPET) for diverse applications such as food-grade bottles, fibers, sheets, and packaging materials. This system efficiently recycles PET bottle bales, sheets, and packaging tapes while ensuring comprehensive purity and quality of the end product. With a production capacity ranging from 500 to 6000 kg/h, it incorporates technical features like a 98% efficient wastewater recovery system, and an optional additive recovery to enhance product value. The system's centrifugal and thermal drying technology maintains product moisture levels below 1%, which is essential for producing high-standard rPET flakes. Automation and adaptive adjustments improve operational efficiency, and various sorting equipment maintain a purity level of 99.5% for both color and material. Furthermore, this technologically enhanced system offers remote support and over-the-air upgrade services, tailored to meet the demands of modern recycling processes in a sustainable manner.
